Why are there hidden pictures in Disney movies?

Hidden pictures happen to ways: 1.) Animators are referencing an inside joke aimed at insiders or other "people in the know"; or 2.) They are seen by the viewer but aren't actually intentional- considered "happy" accidents.

Most of the time its a glitch and not something most people can pick out. Its more of a fluke or someone being more perverted than they realize.
