You probably have flash cookies in your computer. They reinstall any cookies you deleted. You have to go to Adobe and mess around in their setting page. You can delete them there and set things up so it is harder for sites to install them. It's a pain.

You are probably going back to the sites that installed those cookies on your computer. Changing your browser settings to reject all cookies may help.

Cookies are installed on your computer by web pages. Most pages use cookies; if you ask that your computer "remember" a password or userid, a cookie will be used to do this. If you use the internet, you will get cookies. You can change your secturity settings to not accept them, but this will make many pages not work.

You are probably visiting the same sites again and again, and they are replacing the cookies you deleted. For example, login or session cookies might be added by any website where you need to sign in or where you are buying something online. But cookies are not harmful, so don't worry about deleting them.

Almost every website that you visit will set a new cookie on your computer with each and every visit. Many will give you several cookies. Totally normal and expected.

Cookies keep coming back after you delete them because you are still using the computer and going through various websites. All websites leave cookies. There is nothing you can do to stop cookies from coming back.
