Why do I have a rash on my forehead from a blister helmet?

Well you could be allergic from the materials of the blister helmet. That is why you have a rash on it. If you want to get rid of the rash very fast, then you may want to apply some tea tree oil to your forehead. Also put some witch hazel.

Most commonly it would be simple trauma causing irritation. Otherwise you may have had a reaction to the material and had allergic dermatitis. See you doctor as visual inspection may help differentriate the two.

it may be a rash from blistering because the helmet irritated the area around it. It might not have gone so far as to blister but it did irritate it.

Lots of things could be causing the rash. It is very possible that you are allergic to the neoprene lining.
