This may be because of the deficiency of iron, citrus plants need a lot of iron. the plant need a lot of humidity so try to keep them in the garage on winters, this helps the plant to get the moisture it needed.Keep the plant in sunlight for some time at noon.

Spots on leaves can be caused by various fungi that attack trees usually at the root system. It is very hard to get rid of most of these fungi, though some products can help your tree cope with the fungus.

This is a fairly loaded question, as with all trees, plants and botanical items in general, there are many different species which should be considered. With any plant "ailment" there are many symptoms which can be considered. You should research your plant types, this could be one thing or another.

It needs humid air. The absolute worst thing to do is bring in there citrus indoors for Winter. Also it might have an iron deficiency (leaves are usually pale yellow with slightly green veins), or is getting watered too much

You will need to go to a tree store and ask questions, or get a book on trees. Or look it up online.
