Some health reasons for feeling cold would include high blood pressure rate or possibly a thyroid problem. Hypothyroidism can cause you to feel cold especially in your hands and feet.

If you feel cold all the time it could be that you may have circulatory problems, as the blood flows which causes us to have a sensation of warmth. Other you may not have enough muscle mass or fat layers to help keep you warm. If this happen to bother you please check with a docter

I had the same problem and never understood why. I went to the doctor and it turns out that I am anemic. You may want to get that checked out.

You may have anemia and if so your blood is much thinner than theirs and it will make you feel colder.

You might have a low blood count. Maybe sometimes this comes with age, where your limbs are always cold no matter what you do.
