Sounds like you could have a shorted wire somewhere and while your driving, the slightest bump may cause it to short out. Another thing to consider would be the cooling of your head unit, they tend to get warm and it might have an auto shut off when overheated.

It is possible that your head unit is over heating. So that is why it goes into safe mode to prevent getting to hot. You have to get another head unit or a better cooling system. The problem can also be with your battery. Maybe you could otherwise check your radio fuses.

This sounds like you have a loose ground wire somewhere in your radio connection. The ground wire is usually black.

when im driving the vibrations are large as i put the pedal to the metal and drive very fast and so the wires to the radio get disconnected due to the heavy vibrations so the radio doesnt work and maybe due to the speakers at the back get shotted out

you must not have that much juice in your battery and it will just shut off or you must have an shortage in your radio
