Fruit is healthy for our bodies. It's the most natural food ever. It makes you feel better. 80% of fruit consists of water, and water is very good for us. Fruit stimulates the memory.

When fruit is cooked or blended and then put into other foods often times they loose a lot of those really good nutrients that they once had. When you eat food in it's raw form it keeps more of the nutrients and a lot more of it actually gets absorbed.

When we cook fruits (and vegetables), we cook out a lot of the nutrients that we get by eating them. Eat them raw to get all the nutrients.
