Will a penny help pull the stinger out of a bee sting?

The idea is to use a "tool" to scrape the stinger out. Don't use a pair of tweezers, when stinger is pinched in between tweezer blades it squeezes out more of the leftover venom in stinger. Yes, a penny would work, wipe penny with alcohol first. Using the flat edge, scrape stinger out and away from stinger site.

If you got stung by a bee and all you have is a penny, you can swipe it over the area where you were bitten to remove the stinger.

A penny will probably not be much help removing a bee stinger from a wound. Pennies have large amounts of bacteria, and can contribute to infection. You should use a sterile pair of tweezers instead.

Yes a penny could help scrape a bee stinger out. Can also use a fingernail, credit card edge or a knife edge to scrape it off. You don't want to pull it out because you'll just be squeezing more venom into your skin. If stinger below the surface, leave it alone. It will come out with normal skin healing.

A penny can remove a stinger, however, it may be too thick to remove it in some cases. Credit cars work well in most situations.

as funny as it seems, it actually does. the trick here is to use two pennies and place the sting between them then pull abruptly.

This will definitely not help. Contrary to the rumors, the copper will definitely not cause a chemical reaction that will draw out the poison.
