Yes it will show up. Often an open case is viewed as being worse than one with a disposition. Any current infractions even misdemeanors and failure to pay traffic incidents will show up.

Probably. Most states feed information into a national background system. Remember, it's illegal to purchase a firearm while a felony case is pending, so all states send information into the ATF. If the State is in the national system, the open case will show up.

The short answer is no. Because you may or may not be guilty, it isn't properly in the system until there's a verdict to prevent disparaging you reputation. However, if there is a personal investigator looking into you specifically, it can be found if they know where to look.

With anything criminally pending within the judicial system is readily available on a background check. Public records are open and available to any employer or employment agency.

Generally speaking, if you're under indictment, it will show up in any public records search. So if you have an employer that's planning on doing a background search, it'll most likely show up. your best bet is to be open and honest about it in the beginning, that way you get your side of the story out first.

If the person has been charged with something in relation to the felony case it will show up. If they have not been charged it won't.
