How do I loosen stiff muscles in the morning?

When you get up start by doing some light stretching. Remember to take it slow at first so you can warm up your muscles. If you don't take it slow you could potentially pull a muscle and hurt yourself badly. If you would like you could then continue with a few harder exercises.

Stretch your muscles every night before bed and every morning as soon as you wake up. Your body will get used to this and your muscles will loosen.
