Decorate the room in a fun pattern or color your children love. You may want to ask them what colors they prefer. Put out tons of organizers and bins for your children to put their toys in when they are done.

In my childrens' playroom is a castle like atmosphere. There is a small castle in the room where the children are occupied playing. I made sure I had plenty of bright greens. Any room for children should have bright colors no matter what the theme is. You could give the inspiration as "positive light in any circumstance".
