A regular freezer can store milk for six months, and if your freezer keeps your ice cream soft, you can probably only count on it for three months.

Yes. Breastmilk that is stored in a sterile container in the freezer can last 3-6 months. But if the milk was just in the fridge or whatever, THROW IT AWAY!

I would only suggest this if it has been frozen in an airtight container in a chest or upright freezer that is opened infrequently. If it is in your freezer with your ice cubes and ice cream, that you open daily, it is not recommended.

It's gone bad. Toss it out. Breast milk that is kept in the fridge is okay to feed for about a week. It you have frozen the milk and have now thawed it you should only keep it for about 24 hours before throwing it away. Breast milk can be frozen for up to three months.
