Any poem that looks to the future and gives advice for how to live makes a good graduation poem. Consider one of these: "If" by Rudyard Kipling, "Anyway" by Dr. Kent Keith, "The Road Not Taken" by Robert Frost, "The Character of a Happy Life" by Sir Henry Wooten, or "Up-Hill" by Christina Rosetti

The best graduation poem is "The Road Not Taken" by Robert Frost. This is probably the most read graduation poem. You could also pull some lyrics out of the song "Graduation" by Vitamin C, or pick a poem by Joanna Fuchs, who writes many related poems.
