What are some stomach tightening exercises?

My stomach is very flabby.

You can try doing traditional crunches and sit ups. I have found that yoga and pilates work great for flabby muscles. You could take a class or try a DVD.

The best exercise to tighten your stomach is to do incline sit-ups with weight. You can work up to it by doing normal sit-ups at first. However, that will only tighten your stomach - it won't get rid of flab. Only a good diet will remove the flab.

You must do any workout that has to do with the core muscles like: ab crunches, back extensions, airplane pose, banana, bridge ups, bicycle crunches.

Try simple situps. Make sure your feet are planted on the floor firmly. Increase the number of situps you do each day.
