What are some tips to reduce stress?

I'm headed towards an ulcer.

First and Foremost; Relaxation. If that's not your cup of tea, than you're going to need to find some stress relievers. Thank god they come in many forms, such as: Video games, exercising, finding a hobby you like and whenever the stress comes up, just focus on that.

Some things people try are breathing exercises, meditation, and relaxation techniques. The best way to reduce stress is to identify what is causing you stress, and learn to let go or not worry about it, or reducing personal involvement in what is causing you stress. You have to find what works best for you, though.

Commit to putting your health first, not a relationship or job. You can't help anyone if your sick. Eat well, rest plenty, drink water. The rest is attitude!

Some good ways to reduce stress are through exercise, which releases endorphins (natural stress relievers) in the brain, relaxation exercises such as yoga and meditation, and making sure to get enough sleep. If there are certain activities that you know cause you stress, try to avoid them whenever possible - your body will thank you!
