Both were of royal mothers Krishna to Devaki and Jesus to Mary, who was a descendant of King David of Israel. Krishna was hidden from Kamsa, Jesus from King Herod.
I would say that kindness and forgiveness and peace are the similarities between them, though there is probably a creator link in there as well, but it is complex considering the trinity.
