What causes recurring pimples on arms?

It's unattractive, and I want to get rid of them.

It could be clogged pores. If you are shaving your arms, stop for a while and see if that helps. Make sure you exfoliate really well. Exfoliation gloves used with a good acne soap should help a lot.

Well, do you engage in hair removal from the arms. Some creams may be too abrasive for your skin. Also, maybe you are scrubbing too hard in that area which causes that. Either way determine what it is that causes your arms to get these pimples. Your skin regime may be causing this.

This is a common condition called keratosis pilaris. It is the result of skin cells sticking together and not shedding as they should. You can attack this condition with a combination of chemical and physical exfoliation. You should avoid over moisturizing the area as that will only exacerbate the condition.
