What does it mean if someone says he's a "sound sleeper."

Sound sleeper means exactly that - he can sleep through anything! If I am really tired, I am the same way. The dangerous thing about being a sound sleeper is the worry of sleeping through an alarm clock. It means good news for you - if you're tossing and turning, you probably don't need to worry about waking him up!

Well if you are a sound sleeper, I would believe that means that you are in a deep sleep. It easy to fall asleep and stay sleeping. A good thing.
