A pitot tube is a slender tube that has two holes on it and is used for wind tunnels experiments. They are used on Airplanes, also, to measure flow speed.

A pitot tube is used for pressure measurement of fluid flow velocity. Henri Pitot, a French engineer, invented it. It's a tube that points directly into the fluid flow.
