mass ocurs due to abnormal and uncontrolled growth of cells or originating in other part of body and spreading till brain.. it is a type of tumor Brain tumors are usually located in the posterior third of the brain in childhood and in the anterior two-thirds of the brain in adulthood.

It could mean you have a tumur in your head. It most likely means that, but you should consult a docotr and ask them.
