You are probably experience pre-labor, also called Prodromal Labor. Your body is clearing your bowels in order to facilitate birth. Breast discharge is most likely colostrum, early milk. If it is yellow to clear to milky, it is very normal. Any other color may be cause to talk to your doctor.

If the discharge is clear and doesn't smell, it's most likely colostrum, the substance that breastfed babies eat for the first few days before your milk comes in. Diarrhea can be normal at this point, because your body is making it easier to pass waste around the enlarged uterus.

Breast discharge is very normal at this stage. Your breasts are preparing for lactation. Short term diarrhea can be normal if the baby is sitting on your colon.

You should call your doctor. The diarrhea can be a sign of labor so you will want to be aware of this as soon as possible. In addition the breast discharge can be a sign that your body is preparing for baby and breastfeeding. It is likely that you are not in labor, but call and check with your doctor.
