Dogs shouldn't be bred until after the second heat. Given that your dog is so young and is pregnant, she should be seen by a veterinarian who can advise you on the proper prenatal care as well as what to do when the puppies are born. It's a serious matter that requires you get educated beforehand.

If she is a small breed, she may have difficulty delivering. Watch her carefully when she goes into labor; if the puppies are not born within 20 hours, see vet.

It is better to have a full check up with the Veteran Doctor in order to ensure the safety of your dog. This is avoid any mishap in future.

She is way to young!!! Dogs should not be bred until they are about eighteen months to two years of age. You should watch her close when she whelps.
