Look at the specs for your subs, it should say what rms and max power the subs can handle. Then find a amp that closely outputs the same power as the rms rating. There are many other factors also to consider so consider talking to a sales associate.

That mostly depends on what the max. power rating of your subs are. If they are rated at 250 watts, you don't want an amp that pushes 500 watts.

The size of your amp would depend on the watts of the speakers you are pushing. If you are pushing 2 350 watt, you need a 700 watt amp.
