The brutal roughness and vowel language is the difference in this movie. It gives you the full feeling of fear and fight or flight response found when provoked.

The movie has a large amount of realistic dialogue. The sounds of the initial training seem accurate. There was also a good effort at capturing sounds in the war zone.
