The Esalen Institute is a retreat center in Big Sur California, offering workshops on yoga, massage, meditation, and related humanistic topics. The baths at Esalen overlook the Pacific, and are fed by hot spings; they are co-ed and clothing-optional. Access is mostly for participants in Esalen events, but they are also open by reservation to the public for limited times.

Esalen is located on the Big Sur coastline of California. They are on Highway 1, 3-hours south of San Francisco, 55000 Hwy 1. They are co-ed and children are welcome
