This condition is often caused by a urinary tract infection. Infection in your bladder puts extra pressure on it causing that "feeling. " You also go often with a UTI.

This feeling usually exists because not all urine is emptied after urination. When the urinary bladder is compressed, a small amount remains causing such a sensation to occur.

This symptom is often associated with a urinary tract infection (UTI), other bladder abnormalities, or prostate problems. If you also have burning or cloudy urine, you likely have a UTI; go see a doctor for an antibiotic prescription. If this symptom is accompanied by increased urgency and frequency, it could be an overactive bladder; go see a specialist.

You may have a kidney or bladder infection. You should call the doctor so that these can be ruled out.
